A cozy chalet 500m from lake Memphremagog, within 2km from Owl's Head - great for skiing, hiking, golfing at the 18 Hole Championship Golf Course, mountain biking (option of renting bikes, please inquire). 20min by car away of Mount Orford.
20 min from Magog in Eastern Townships, Quebec.

There are two closed bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room - TV, comfortable sofa-bed, kitchen - with stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge, plates, glasses; Playroom - downstairs*^ various games include: Pool & Black Jack table, Foosball , & a Telescope; two balconies. There is a convenient store just around the corner -- do try the croissants from Owl's Bread.

The Chalet is available during all four seasons. You are welcome to make your reservations as per your convenience:

*^ The playroom is extra and not automatically included in the rental of the chalet.

*Lessee is responsible for Hydro - electricity bill if renting for a season.
Deposits on reservations are non refundable. A security deposit is required and refunded if the chalet is left in good condition.
No more than six people are allowed to stay in the chalet at a time.
It is strictly forbidden to modify the chalet in any way (ex. drill holes, install satellite dish, etc.).
